Can I stop getting emails, guides and alerts from Northwest Marketplace?
It’s important to note that Northwest Marketplace communications are separate from the general NEEA communications. If you forgot your password, click the “Forgot your password?” link on the log in pop-up. If you want to change your password, go to “Account Settings” which is located in your profile.

If I see a product I like, can I save it to keep track of it?
Yes, you can. First you’ll need to create a Northwest Marketplace profile, once created just click on the heart icon to save the product – if you change your mind click the heart icon again. You can do this at any time by logging back into your profile. -
What if I search for a certain product or model and it doesn't show up?
The products and services listed on this site are taken from a number of retailer providers who supply the Northwest Marketplace service territory and may not constitute an exhaustive list of products and services available to Northwest Marketplace customers. -
